As part of our 2009 annual membership drive, CNA has a new batch of CNA Make the Connection yard signs hot off the presses and ready to be distributed in the neighborhood. Help us raise awareness about CNA membership in your part of the neighborhood by volunteering to place a yard sign in your yard this fall.
